Chef Christal Lee lives by the 0 km rule – everything comes from the estate or from Sicily itself. The island is blessed with an abundance of vegetables, fruit, fresh herbs, and flowers, along with all the treasures of the sea. Meat is not served here, and that is a clear statement. At Vini Vinu, 100% pure plant is part of the DNA – and yes, “Vini” indeed refers to the delicious wines of the estate and of Sicily. Kapuhala also has a location on Koh Samui in Thailand, where the same philosophy is applied.
