Villa René Lalique
The historic Villa René Lalique is located in Alsace, a region where nature, wine and gastronomy are deeply rooted in the local culture. The house's renowned crystal creations remain an important part of its identity and provide a spectacular setting for the restaurant. Chef Paul Stradner turns each dish into a colourful composition, while Pastry Chef Jonathan Bunel adds another dimension with his impressive creations. Pure plant dishes are available à la carte, and a dedicated pure plant menu can also be arranged. We recommend mentioning this preference when making the reservation, as dairy is still used in some of the vegetable-focused dishes. The restaurant's own six-hectare botanical garden, home to around 70 different plant varieties, provides daily inspiration for the chefs. This exceptional connection between garden and kitchen brings freshness, diversity and an extra layer of flavour to the cuisine at Villa René Lalique.
