A stop at Villa Pinewood is a total experience. Anne & chef Thomas Cabrol feel comfortable in the middle of nature. The connection with the plants around them is therefore great, as is their knowledge for that matter. Everything is on offer: wild herbs, surprising flowers, vegetables, mushrooms, aromatic roots, truffles and flavoured fruits. They follow the rhythms of nature like no other, but in a broader way: meat and fish are also part of the menu. It is important to mention when booking if you want to focus on purely vegetable dishes, and this applies to the whole table!
