Villa Augustus

Villa Augustus is located in a former water tower, in the middle of a vegetable garden. The garden is free to visit and consists of a vegetable garden, a berry garden, a grape greenhouse, a vegetable greenhouse and an orchard. This garden is the inspiration for the chefs throughout the year, supplemented with honestly produced ingredients from the Netherlands and Europe. Central to the open kitchen is a wood oven on which all kinds of dishes are roasted or baked, including pizza, a fixed value on the menu, in addition to vegetables, fish and meat. In the market of the restaurant you can buy fruit and vegetables of the season, bread from the bakery and other products of the house. There is also a hotel with 37 rooms in the water tower.
