Perceel

Jos Grootscholten and Sharon Tettero gained both national and international experience in top restaurants (Noma, Martin Berasategui, Vermeer, Beluga, Amstel Hotel, Calla's ...) before they opened their own restaurant in 2010 in the old town hall on the dyke of Cappelle aan den IJssel. Jos works according to what nature offers at all times. This translates into dishes such as Norway lobster with Jerusalem artichoke, tree tomato and coffee; sea bream with yellow beetroot, passion fruit, yoghurt and chives or a combination of pork cheek with green cabbage, pine nuts and morels.
