Chef Shaun Hergatt has secured his place in the great city of New York. Vestry Soho is located in the beautiful Hotel The Dominick. On the menu, you’ll find a fine selection of pure plant dishes, although it is not a vegetable-focused restaurant per se. We would like to encourage the chef to also offer a dedicated pure plant menu alongside the classic one. The dishes are always visually appealing—sometimes sleek and refined, sometimes more creative in their composition. Everything is a blend of influences: American, French, Scandinavian, and Asian.
