The biodynamic garden behind the restaurant is a major source of inspiration for chef Ignacio Echapresto. Together with his brother Carlos, they know how to harmonise everything perfectly. And yes, the vegetable menu is superb! With respect for tradition and with a contemporary touch, the creations here are one temptation after another and all at an exceptional price/quality ratio. Sustainability is part of the family here and you can feel it in everything. The 4 Radishes are well-deserved. Let all of Spain and the world know it chef!
