Chef Rich Landau is familiar with plant-based cooking. He and his wife Kate Jacoby are also a real promoter of going through life with this nutrition and are true pioneers. Vedge is therefore an example to many, but more importantly, the cuisine is simply delicious, understandable by its simplicity and adheres fully to the We're Smart DNA. Glad we got to know this restaurant and can recommend it to the We're Smart community.
