The Troisgros Family is in top form! Not only are they immensely ambitious, but they are also laying the foundations for the future with such quality that everyone must see it. We are very impressed with the entire project, the constructions, the team, the kitchen, and the vegetable garden. Everything is spick and span, and right as it should be. Question to Chef Cécar: why can't we yet choose a 100% plant-based menu like many of your colleagues? We're Smart Green Guide would be eternally grateful.
