When colleagues recommend your restaurant, it is always a good sign! So We're Smart headed to Tudela to test out Chef José Aguado's Restaurant Topero also. Good news! Purely plant-based is a choice, but we do recommend passing it on when making your reservation. The vegetable menu will then consist of dishes with pure products, done with simplicity, respect and plenty of flavour.
