Sojiki Nakahigashi

Vegetable chef Hisao Nakahigashi goes up the mountain every day looking for wild vegetables, flowers and herbs. He also has his own vegetable garden which he treats with pride and respect. His restaurant is without a doubt the vegetable topper of Kyoto. Everything here is about respect for nature and you can find that in the purity of his creations.
