Epice

A discovery is definitely the Epice restaurant in Kyoto, especially if you like colorful paintings. The chef proudly shows his love for the beautiful vegetables from the region, and something tells us he would rather focus on the vegetable. Vegetables mostly get the place they deserve here, but meat and fish are still prominent. The French influences are certainly noticeable, if only by the wide range of French top wines on offer.
