Chef Shaun Rankin makes generous use of vegetables in his creations – even in the desserts. There is also a fantastic non-alcoholic pairing for those who prefer it. In this historic setting, guests can enjoy vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, and fruit from the estate’s own gardens. The chef knows his seasons well, has a deep connection with nature, and plays with natural colours to create beautiful dishes. A 100% pure plant offering is not yet available, but we expect it won’t be long before that changes.
