Chef Dennis Middeldorp cooks after our hearts! 100% pure plant is high on the agenda and the menu should not be inferior to the rather classic menu. 
We certainly haven't run out of things to say because there is also close cooperation with food forest ‘Deer Farmer’ here, respect for nature is therefore logical. In the open kitchen, the chef's table is therefore reserved for those who choose vegetables first! What an honour chef. Thanks for the great respect, it is reciprocated.
