Rovi is Ottolenghi's newest restaurant and is different from the others. It counts 85 places and serves a menu with vegetables with a focus on fermentation and cooking on an open fire. Rovi also features a large central bar with cocktails based on seasonal herbs and homemade shrubs. The dishes carry the DNA of Ottolenghi, colourful and tastefully packed with vegetables. Plates such as celeriac shawarma with fermented tomato; candied mushrooms with chilli and fermented black vinegar and grilled halibut with a smoked fish butter curry with coconut and Indian roti illustrate the link with fermenting and roasting of this restaurant.
