Jean-Michel Verzele is the son of a family of restaurant owners who worked in his parents' restaurant as well as in some top-class restaurants such as Le Château du Mylord, Le Passage and Chez Michel. With his team of young volunteers he brings a kitchen with character, in which quality, freshness and seasonal products go hand in hand. The restaurant is located in the heart of Pajottenland, in a beautiful piece of nature on the outskirts of the city. It is in all respects ideal for lovers of a 'green' kitchen.
