Pur is a concept by Nandu Jubany, the man behind restaurants such as Can Jubany, Mas d'Orsor (Viladrau), El Serrat del Figaro (Taradell), Mas Albereda Hotel (Sant Julià de Vilatorta). His former right-hand man Maties Coll leads Pur. The dishes are based on ingredients that are processed in their purest form.
