Chef Tora Olsson is a phenomenon on Instagram. Besides training around plant-based cooking, she also welcomes guests to her home to spoil them with highly creative and purely plant-based dishes and with a show level as if it were an exceptional theatre piece. And you have to give it to her it is an experience we can only recommend to you. Then again, she is more of a food artist than restaurateur. It's important to note that PlanTre can only do periods, as she travels around a lot to share her knowledge. Still, we include it in the We're Smart Green Guide as it is actually very unique!
