In a rural setting, on the banks of the Schanzengraben canal, and with a bright interior, Laurent Eperon offers a modern and refreshing kitchen that has just been awarded a second star in the Michelin guide of 2019. His kitchen also has a score of 18/20 at Gault & Millau. He owes that to dishes in which colourful vegetables are present in abundance and the unusual combinations that he brings. His "Contemporary Fine Dining" is worth the trip. Just like sommelier Marc Almert, who was voted Best Sommelier in the world in March 2019 in Brussels!
