A young team led by chef Aaron Berenguer is making its mark in Alicante with restaurant Orma. We enjoyed a beautiful tasting menu in which vegetables had a delicious place, although a fully Pure Plant experience is not yet possible. We would love to encourage chef Aaron to give vegetables & co an even more prominent role in the culinary journey he offers to both local and international guests. The time is right to make a Pure Plant menu a natural part of the experience. Let us know when you’re ready!
