The blue of the nearby ocean inspires the environment, decoration and furniture in colours that vary from cobalt blue to blue-gray. The restaurant started in 2007 and has won several awards, just like her chef Hans Neuner, who has twice been named Chef of the Year. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets.
