Sebastian Obendorfer is a product chef. Respect for the product is important as that is the basis for success. Here, contemporary cooking involves meat, fish and vegetables. And the latter is of course what interests us, bringing vegetables with flavour and right. It is clear that the cooking talent is there but the will to put forward vegetable creations as signature dishes is not there yet. We will keep following up because we believe there is potential here
