Chef Dimitri De Koninck has it from no strangers. Father Dirk was in the past a well-known chef and restaurant owner of the restaurant La Luna in Antwerp. Here, only daily fresh "à la carte" cuisine is prepared, not forgetting some tasty vegetable recipes. It's all about convincing with taste. Are we in "Heaven" with the 2 vegetable dishes?
