Chef Thijs Meliefste feels the richness the of this region and knows how to convey this perfectly on the plates. Vegetarian is also possible, but not 100% pure plant. Still, we are fans and would recommend the restaurant with conviction as it works with taste and respect for the products. And when we talk about the sea, it's also about salty vegetables, of course!
