Chef-owner Giacomo Devoto places a strong emphasis on products sourced from the surroundings of the Locanda. He sees himself as a true taste artist, creating dishes that reflect both his creativity and the character of the region. Set amidst nature, with a vegetable garden close by, the restaurant has a natural connection to fresh, seasonal produce. Vegetables already play an important role in the cuisine, although a fully pure plant menu is not yet on the horizon.
