Kadri cares for the vegetable, edible flower and herb gardens, ensuring an abundance of fresh seasonal produce. Triin looks after the sheeps that graze freely across the lush meadows of the Karula Hills. Together with their team, they express a deep respect for both culture and nature, creating colourful, flavourful dishes that celebrate their surroundings. Sharing such passion within a family is something truly special. And by now you've probably guessed it: here, plants are unquestionably also the stars of the table.
