After 15 years in Aalst, Peter Maertens moved his restaurant 5.5 km further to the old mayor's castle in Lede. The concept remains the same: bringing classics from Belgian and European cuisine into a contemporary version. Vegetables are not treated step-by-step, while vegetarian dishes are provided for each meal.
