Jozef Floh embraces the slow food idea and demonstrates this with a Floh Radius 66 menu, among which all ingredients come from a distance of a maximum of 66 km around the restaurant. Both fish and meat are on the list, with vegetables in abundance, but also an extensive vegetarian selection, including a preparation with the first young radishes of the field with young, candied salad and fresh sheep cheese or mini-parsley root and bok choy with lentil cream with Cold Brew Coffee, salad and blossom. Local suppliers are also listed for each dish.
