Gaia Retreat

The word Restaurant comes from restore. Well, at Gaia Retreat and its pure plant cuisine, that is entirely appropriate. The kitchen is all about healthy food, organic from its own garden or from local growers, seasonally and flavoured. Chef Dan Trewartha therefore rightly calls his cuisine "Gourmet Health Cuisine". Not only does he get creative with vegetables, they also sparkle with living colours. Maybe time for you to "restore" for a while, too?
