For years now, we at We're Smart Green Guide have been big fans of Bas van Kranen's culinary talents, but on our last visit, we were once again blown away. The 100% plant-based menu was revoltingly delicious and beautifully constructed. My guest - culinary journalist - rightly told me that it was his most delicious meal of the year! Flore, formerly Bord'Eau, already received the 2019 We're Smart® Discovery of the Year Award and is soaring high in We're Smart TOP100 of Best Vegetables Restaurants of the World.
