Taiwanese Chef Vanessa Huang is determined to spoil her guests at Ephernité. Her motto: “Tell us what you’d like, and we’ll make it happen!”. Does this include 100% pure plant? Absolutely. Plants are always at the heart of her creations – from flowers and vegetables to herbs and fruits. At the same time, for those who wish, meat, fish, and seafood can also be part of the experience. The result is a cuisine that can go in many directions – but always delivered with creativity. As a female chef, she loves to play with colors, cooking with refinement and finesse.
