Chef-owner Pedro Hernández Castillo offers a fully Pure Plant menu. The dishes remain rather traditional and classic, but they are all prepared with local ingredients. With his restaurant, the chef wants to demonstrate that sustainable cooking with 0 km products from the island is perfectly possible.
