Didi Maier, the founder of DiDilicous, is the son of Johanna Maier of the Relais & Châteaux hotel Das Maier and a world-famous cook in Austria. That naturally arouses curiosity. His concept is based on the experience he has with his mother as well as during his travels around the world and visits to top chefs. On the plate come fresh and healthy dishes with international influences, with a nice dose of vegetables such as chicken with galanga root, wild mushrooms, Thai spinach and coconut milk and also Piadina with feta, dried ham, artichoke and olives with dips from guacamole and tzatziki.
