Cela

Cela is the Pure Plant sister restaurant of Tales, located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Blending Vietnamese and Japanese culinary influences, the kitchen showcases fresh seasonal ingredients, many of which are sourced directly from the Tales Farm. The restaurant demonstrates a clear commitment to the pure plant cuisine and offers an enjoyable dining experience built around quality produce. At the same time, we believe there is significant potential for further refinement, precision and culinary depth in the years ahead. Although we have not yet had the opportunity to visit Tales, Cela is certainly a restaurant we wanted to introduce to the We're Smart Green Guide community. We look forward to following its evolution and hope it will continue to raise the standard of Pure Plant gastronomy, helping to establish Vietnam as an exciting fine dining destination within the global Pure Plant movement.
