Bouchéry
Damien Bouchery has a passion for beautiful seasonal products that are often the result of wild-picking or discovering unusual products. In 2017 Bouchéry received the Award for the Best vegetable restaurant in Brussels / Wallonia). We remember two surprise menus that are served in the evening, a brunch on Saturday and a democratic vegetarian buffet for 21 euros each afternoon. A formula that we ourselves are very fond of and that certainly deserves 5 radishes.
