Chef Anthony Raffo was a real discovery for us: original, minimalist, focused on regional products and brought the right balance of flavours. However, we were also a little disappointed because fish and meat still play a very important role in the menu. The vegetable dishes are fantastic and therefore it does not miss out at all in the We're smart Green Guide! Chef, what do you think of a 100% plant-based offer, you would be successful, for sure.
