Club Gascon
French chef Pascal Aussignac arrived in London in 1998, and he has never left. Club Gascon is his London home where he has complete control of French-British cuisine. The French school means the dishes are rather classically constructed, sometimes playful, but always with plenty of flavour. And if you unleash these techniques on vegetables, you end up with the successful vegetarian menu. Is this the best vegetarian restaurant in London, no definitely not. But it has the value to be mentioned.
