We're Smart 1st Global Pure Plant Convention - 27 October

Vegetables have never been more central to a healthy daily diet, both in Belgium and around the world. Belgium is the European country with the highest vegetable consumption per person — which makes it the ideal place to launch a conference dedicated to the power of  Pure Plant.

At We’re Smart, we believe there is still much work to be done. Our goal is to make 600 grams of Pure Plant products per person per day a common standard. The Pure Plant kitchen is incredibly healthy and offers endless creative possibilities, yet many people still struggle when it comes to cooking purely plant meals.

We’re Smart aims to change this by building bridges between the culinary Pure Plant world, retail, growers, and processors. An important part of this evolution is the protein shift: how can we promote healthy products that support the transition toward a more pure plant future?

The Pure Plant Conference marks the beginning of a new era — one that elevates the Pure Plant kitchen as a whole, while highlighting the many culinary techniques that bring it to life. What does the future hold for Pure Plant and its industry? How can the pure plant food industry, the retail sector and the culinary creativity forge stronger links?
