We’re Smart in action together with the EAT project!
The non-profit organization École à Table develops and implements a support model for primary schools in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, as well as for meal providers and kitchens.
Recognizing that a high-quality school meal offering can only be sustained through the coherent involvement of all stakeholders, École à Table promotes a comprehensive approach that combines targeted guidance, coordination among field actors, and dialogue with public authorities — all aimed at strengthening and implementing effective policy measures by 2029.
We’re Smart was invited to introduce the chefs of the various central kitchens to the “Think Vegetables! Think Fruit!”philosophy, as well as to inspire them with concrete recipes and concepts from the pure plant kitchen, with a particular focus on young people.
This initiative fits perfectly within the DNA of the We’re Smart Foundation and will have a significant impact on the eating habits of an entire generation of youth.
