Vestial 2025

Vestial is an International Green Gastronomy Congress held in Almería, Spain, aiming to unite producers, companies, and chefs to showcase Andalusia and Almería's significance in the global agri-food sector. 

The upcoming edition is scheduled for February 24-25, 2025, at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos Cabo de Gata-Ciudad de Almería, featuring top Spanish and international chefs alongside leading production companies.

Monday 24/2:

  • 10:30 AM - Start of VESTIAL 2025 
  • 11:30 AM - Presentation off We’re Smart 5 Radishes Chef Eddie Shepherd - The Walled Garden, Manchester UK
  • 12:15 PM - Debate about the evolution of the Pure Plant Gastronomy: We’re Smart Number 1 of the world & 5 Radishes Chef Rodrigo de la Calle (El Invernadero, Madrid SP), 5 Radishes Chef Tony Garcia (Almeria, SP), Frank Fol (Chairman We’re Smart World) and vegetables producers.
  • 14:00 PM Lunch by We’re Smart Chefs Club
  • 20:00 PM The Sakata Awards with Cocktail reception.
