Chef-owner of Yerba, Walter Marskamp, has found his place in Xàbia. 
In Amsterdam, he was a pioneer of the 100% pure plant kitchen and a proud ambassador of the We’re Smart Movement. Now he’s fully back, and once again you can enjoy refined pure plant cuisine – something not so obvious in this touristy region.
