Bon Amb

Alberto Ferruz is a rising star in Spain. He opened his restaurant in 2011 and received a first Michelin star two years later. In 2016 a second star was added, and according to insiders, he is on his way to his third star. He uses Mediterranean products that he processes according to the inspiration of the moment, which can be traditional or modern, but always very pure, with a great deal of taste and surprising accents. He also brings refinement and flavour the vegetable range.
