The Werf

For his dishes, Christiaan Campbell focuses on a contemporary "farm to plate" kitchen with the best local, seasonal and ethically produced ingredients. 90% of the ingredients on the menu come from surrounding farms including the Black Angus beef, pig grown in the forest and vegetables and herbs from the Werf Food Garden. That did not go unnoticed because the restaurant won the Woolworths Sustainability Award at the Eat Out Awards in 2018. Moreover, it has been named one of the 30 best restaurants in South Africa.
