Chef Bruno Verjus' cuisine has never been more internationally appreciated. So We're Smart headed to Paris to find out the ins and outs of it and see if Table deserves a place in the We're Smart Green Guide too. And yes, the pure plant dishes we got are fantastic in terms of construction and taste, but in the overall menu it is rather limited. A pure plant-based menu doesn't exist yet. But who knows what is not today may yet come. Cheeeef?
