Septime

This restaurant highlights not only winemakers and their beautiful wines but also the plant world with an extensive range of seasonal fruits and vegetables. This is illustrated with the seasonal menu in 4 or 7 courses in which chef Bertrand Grébaut gives himself carte blanche. Grébaut worked in the kitchens at Robuchon or at Alain Passard, who is also crazy about vegetables.
