Sourdough pizzas and salads, respectively arranged and compiled with organically grown vegetables from the roofs of the Pakt site, in the heart of the Green Quarter.

Local production is guaranteed. Our favourite is the pizza with wild mushrooms and kale, smoked bacon, onion, ricotta and flat parsley. And a classic coleslaw with white and red cabbage, Pas de Bleu-cheese, nuts, and yoghurt dressing.
