Think Fruit! philosophy is thus tailor-made for chef Pieter Jobse, vegetables in the leading role. Guests can count on super-fresh produce and a team that is proud of it. Still, we at We're Smart Green Guide regret that the vegetable menu cannot be ordered on the spot, guests have to mention it when making reservations. A restaurant with this pure plant product luxury should lead by example, shouldn't it?
