Sletten

We find Sletten in the centre of the eponymous idyllic town. Surrounded by fishermen's houses with a view of the harbor and the sea. The restaurant is run by the chefs duo that also runs the Formel B restaurant in Copenhagen. The menu consists of about 20 different dishes that change according to the seasons. You can eat halibut ceviche with grilled lime, green tomatoes and sorrel or fried monkfish with salsify, onions and gruyere.
