Simpsons is one of Birmingham's top restaurants and has had a Michelin star since 2000. Chef Andreas Antona is not guided by trends and fashion, but remains true to his style: that means top quality products and dishes that are visual gems with harmonious combinations and powerful flavours. His 8-course vegetarian menu is not only eye catching, but also full of surprising flavours and textures. This is a feast for all the senses. In addition to the restaurant, the building also has three hotel rooms and a cooking school.
