Vegetarians are more than welcome in the Moat House hotel's restaurant. You will find a wide range of proven vegetable preparations that are well received by guests. For example, there was a tasty preparation of candied baby eggplant with couscous flavoured with lime, and chickpeas, apricot and tagine sauce. We also liked dhal, a combination of yellow split peas, onions, spiced pumpkin seeds, cardamom, carrots and chips from curry. We are more than happy to be able to find such a tasty selection in the remote region of Stafford.
